CertTracker provides a cloud-based platform for tracking employee certifications and sending expiration alerts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Certain features of CertTracker may require payment. All fees are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice.

CertTracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CertTracker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CertTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
